A simple guide to lemon potatoes

I refuse to bore you with an in depth recipe on how to prepare these super easy yet delicious potatoes.

For every 5 medium-large sized potatoes add the juice of one whole lemon (Pulp included) and Five tablespoon of butter.

Disclaimer: Never add the whole lemon to the dish you’re cooking them in!!! otherwise the potatoes will turn bitter.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Fresh lemon juice

  • Butter

  • salt and pepper (Add as much as your personal preference requires)

  • Olive oil (optional)

Method

Cut potatoes into quarters and place lemon juice, butter, salt and pepper onto the tray you’re cooking them in. Drizzle some olive oil on top if you want extra crisp. I prefer to cook them in a casserole dish. Bake at 180 degrees or until crisp and golden.
